Many Airless spray units are powered by a large main pumping unit, that is carried or wheeled around. This main unit pumps the paint to the spraygun handpiece via a lengthy spray hose. This system is ideal for large painting tasks because of the large volumes of paint needed. However, a large spraygun is not always required for smaller tasks. To begin, you simply line the paint cup with a disposable plastic liner. This enables you to easily dispose of unused paint at the end of your project and greatly reduces the time it takes to clean up. Next, you fill the cup with paint, re-attach the cup to the Unit, prime the pump (which takes 3 seconds) and you're ready to spray.
